Ensuring Smooth Meeting Facilitation In the absence of the Secretary, I step into the role of facilitating meetings. By shouldering these responsibilities, I guarantee that our discussions and decisions continue to progress without interruption.
Enabling Continuous Functionality I am dedicated to maintaining the operational continuum of our organization. My presence ensures that vital tasks are executed even when the Secretary is unavailable, ensuring a cohesive and steady momentum.
Dedicated Bank Account Oversight While I contribute significantly to our group’s efficiency, I do not possess signing powers for the Investment Club bank account. This safeguard ensures that financial transactions remain secure and are executed by authorized personnel.
Treasurer

Precise Financial Management My foremost duty is to maintain a meticulous account of all financial transactions within our organization. By ensuring accuracy and transparency, I contribute to the foundation of our financial health.
Annual Financial Reporting I am committed to providing a comprehensive view of our financial status. Annually, I prepare a detailed financial report that offers insights into our financial performance, reinforcing transparency and accountability.
Facilitating Deposits At each meeting, I facilitate the collection of deposits, a crucial aspect of our financial sustainability. By meticulously managing these contributions, I contribute to our collective goals.
Collaborative Signatory Authority In harmony with the Chairperson and Secretary, I possess signing powers. This enables us to endorse important financial documents, ensuring a balanced distribution of responsibilities and safeguarding our financial interests.

Integral Presence in Executive Meetings Your participation in executive meetings is essential. By lending your insights and perspectives, you contribute to informed decision-making that steers our organization towards success.
Agile Assistance to the Executive Committee You play a crucial role in providing support to the executive committee as and when needed. Your readiness to assist ensures that our operations remain fluid and responsive.
Essential Signatory Authority One of you will possess signatory powers in conjunction with the Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer. This authority allows for seamless decision-making and action, even when one of the three designated members is unavailable.
Enforcing Discipline: Disciplinary Committee Both of you will serve on the Disciplinary Committee (DC). This committee holds the vital responsibility of maintaining discipline when required. You may involve other members of the Executive Committee based on availability, ensuring a fair and well-considered approach.
Unified Decision-Making in the Disciplinary Committee Within the Disciplinary Committee, you will work collectively to make decisions. This includes selecting a member to keep records of proceedings. You will ensure that there are always three Executive members involved in disciplinary activities for balanced judgment.
Transparent Reporting and Progress As part of the Disciplinary Committee, you will report your progress to the Executive Committee. The outcomes of your decisions will then be communicated to the broader Club/Investment Club, fostering transparency and accountability.
